Lovely place really good service throughout the evenings when when we made some off the menu requests Staff were very attentive and pleasant and the food was great every one of the 6 of us enjoyed our choices The only issue was at the end, as most people do we paid on debit card and added a tip to the bill however we were told tips could only be accepted in cash. The service had been excellent so one of our party went to the cash machine to get this but I csn imagine some people don’t do that and that means that the staff must miss out on a great many tips which seems unfair when the service is so good

Excellent service, beautiful food and brilliant value for money. We ordered from the lunchtime set menu and it was extremely good value. Food was outstanding. Cant wait to return

My go to pizza is calzone and it was the best I have had! The rest of the party had pizza and pasta which were all delicious Highly recommend a visit

Second time we have visited, fantastic venue, food fabulous. It was a Sunday evening so expected to be quiet thoroughly enjoyed by all of us

Very good food but service is dreadful. Took 15 minutes to get drink on arrival. No sight of menu till got to table then took ages for someone to come & take order. Overheard other diners complaining they had been waiting an hour for food & restaurant wasn’t busy. Food was very good & tasty but service would prevent us from returning

Hi Sarah, were disappointed to read your review as this is not the experience we wish for our diners to experience. We are now providing menus in the bar area for our customers to look at if they choose to have a drink before heading to their table. We are sorry your visit did not live up to your expectations and hope you will try us again in the future to give us the opportunity to turn this around.

Ambiance was not Italian. Waitress was confused and had to be reminded of orders. Steak was bland and not seasoned. Lacked authentic italian taste despite the prices!

Really enjoyable evening for our first visit to the venue. From walking through the door we were welcomed warmly and all the staff were friendly and attentive. The food, drinks and service were exceptional but the overall ambience of the restaurant is what stands out. Thank you for a wonderful evening can’t wait to return.
