Not what I expected. Noisy and no ambience. To wide open and difficult to have conversation . Food service bland. No salt /pepper shakers or other condiments on table. Cold not what I expected.

Overall it was slightly better than average. The Server was cordial but was not as attentive as I was expecting. There were two large groups there at the same time so that might not have helped. I’ll go back again since it’s local and others I know have had better experiences. Everyone/place can have an off night.

We specifically went for happy hour and in the past have been seated at a table and partook in happy hour. This time we were informed that because we weren’t seated at the bar or at a high top. Happy hour was not available for our reservation. At the time there were no high tops available and being seated at the bar was not appropriate for the conversations that were to be had for this specific occasion. I was very disappointed as we specifically chose your restaurant for the happy hour.

Our waitress Yona was terrific, the salad with ricotta was absolutely delish, we will return every month until we’ve sampled everting on the menu 👍🏽

Food choices abundant. We enjoyed a delicious meal celebrating my husband’s birthday. Definitely recommmed.

Service was unbelievably slow and poor. We had been seated for 15min before a server finally came to take our drink order. She then came back 10 min later (no drinks) and asked what we ordered then returned another 8min later with our drinks. The food came out on time but our server was MIA a good part of our dining experience.

Our friends from Delaware came up to have dinner with us tonight and we suggested LaScala’s Fire as we have been here a few times now and really like this place. They enjoyed the appetizers, drinks and their meals. The noise level was a little loud tonight, conversation was hard to hear as it was crowded. Everything was good and the service was excellent.
