   On Saturday night, hostess was completely rude, the food was above average but not fantastic, they also kept pouring flat water every time we ordered soda water. For that price point I expect a lot more. Do better next time.

   This was an exceptional experience. We loved the service and the quality of the food. White anchovies on toast were the perfect starter. Then the steak was to die for! Perfect. We really enjoyed our time here.

   Loved everything about it! Our cut of steak was slightly chewy/fatty but we only ordered the steak frites dish (cheapest steak option) so partially to be expected. Did not specify which cut of steak. Flavour was still amazing and thoroughly enjoyed every single dish!! Will definitely be back

   We visited Lars Bar and Grill on Friday night for a surprise birthday dinner for my partner and her friends, and the whole experience was absolutely incredible. From the food to the service to the presentation of the restaurant—everything was outstanding. The atmosphere was warm and stylish, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion. The food was beautifully presented and packed with flavour, and everything came out quickly and fresh. Our waiter on the night was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely looked after. They were genuinely personable and helped make the night feel even more special. One of the standout moments was when the bar surprised us with a handwritten birthday card for my partner. Such a thoughtful gesture that really went above and beyond! Couldn’t recommend Lars more—perfect for celebrations or just a memorable night out.

   Our 3rd visit, very consistent atmosphere, food, staff & overall service each time. Can get a bit noisy, but that’s just people enjoying the vibe. Will definitely be back again. Thankyou
