LARKS HOME KITCHEN CUISINE rinde homenaje a las granjas, huertos, lecherías y bodegas de Oregón con sus platillos, que emocionan y sorprenden por su frescura y sabor. La chef repostera Terra Sharp elabora creaciones de temporada como tartas de fruta, pastel de chocolate con helado de caramelo salado casero y pudin de pan de arándanos y calabaza. Great food, great service but overpriced. $26 for a hamburger, even one as yummy as this is excessive. As is $17 for a Caesar salad.

Excellent service and dinner. Very cozy and elegant. Housemade pasta with butternut squash and the hamburger were both excellent. Pumpkin creme brulee was tasty!

Our group of 6 had a delightful dinner with Tim as our excellent server on our Annual Trip to stay at Ashland Springs Hotel and attend the Holiday Show at Oregon Caberet Theater. Trust Tim's opinions on beverages and food, they are spot-on. Everything from salads, to pasta, fish and burger were delicious.

The service was exceptional. My husband and I enjoyed a lovely dinner and tried several things on the menu. The daily soup was excellent. We both had Caesar salads and found it fresh and well seasoned. The apple pie with ice cream was very good although it would have been even better if it had been warm! A lovely restaurant in a lovely hotel!

My partner and I chose Larks as the location for our anniversary dinner. We were staying at Lithia Springs Resort down the road and they had a special that included a gift card for Larks. We were excited for a night of fine dining, good service, and a great atmosphere. What we got was even better. The food was phenomenal. All local and sustainably sourced. The drinks were top notch. Even though we are not the biggest wine connoisseurs, Molly, the in-house sommelier, was very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome with our experience. And on the note of staff, they were truly wonderful! Before seating us, they dealt with some...... difficult... customers and despite this, they handled everything about our evening with grace, class, and exceptional service. Stephanie was our waitress and it was because of her that even after our 2hr+ meal was over, we decided to stick around at the bar for dessert and a few more drinks. We truly cannot say enough good things about our time at Larks. We will be back for sure!

One of our favorite places to dine. Always excellent food, service and ambiance. This was probably the 20+ time we have been there and have ttried others and always prefer here. The food is wonderful and prepared with thoughtful imagination.
