We keep trying Lanai as it is convenient for where we are staying, but they just don’t seem to be interested in providing good service. We waited for approximately 10 minutes at the hostess stand to be seated and it was not a busy time. 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Eventually, the bartender sat us at a table in the dining area and took our drink order. The drinks were great. The server for our area took food orders from two tables seated after us, but never bothered to come to our table. Seeing this, the bartender eventually came and took our food order after waiting approximately 25 minutes. We will possibly try them again as the food is good, prices are reasonable and it is a beautiful view, but the service can be lacking.

A beautiful views, outdoor seating for all. Our waitress was charming and gave us some advice on different beaches to visit. The food was amazing. We will definitely return.

It was quite disappointing. It took a very long time for us to get our food. The calamari was OK. The french fries with my chicken sandwich were cold. And the wine was very mediocre.

Food was excellent! There were 9 of us and we each ordered something different and everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks. I got the avocado tacos and it was delicious!
