Wonderful experience. Mozzarella log was outstanding. Had the chicken Marsala which I will order again when we return. We ate early and the restaurant was almost empty but it started to fill up when we were finished. Signage indicating where the restaurant is located could be improved.

The remodeled resturant just recently opened with the new chef. Overall it was a very good experience & we will be back. Minor criticism is I think table clothes would elevate the restaurant & with 6 of us, a round table would have been more desirable but they don’t offer many. The food was very good & reasonable for this quality although hopefully they will expand the menu in time. Burrata excellent, focaccia tasty & meatballs for appetizers were delicious. Ordered 2 meatball aps for the 6 of us & one wasn’t hot 🤷🏼‍♀️ but still great flavor. The steaks were wonderful and pastas good. The pasta was cooked aldente which we prefer more cooked which they gladly accommodated. Desserts were alright with sparse offerings. Huge disappointment was the parking situation at the Hyatt…valet was completely full so you had to park in a distant lot and take the shuttle. For this caliber of a property, they should have opened more valet options utilizing the lot for more 5 star service. Huge miss for management with that.

The food was amazing and our server was above board. Tables for two are big, which means you are far from your partner, it was hard to hear because it is louder in the restaurant. It is a brand new restaurant, but it does take a significant amount of time to get things from the bar so order early. Plan extra time when arriving as well. The Hyatt host a lot of events and when they do you get pushed to alternate parking a block and a half away. They have a shuttle, but the line was 35 people deep. We walk there faster than the first shuttle, but that was not great and we ended up late for our reservation. Not a good way to start the evening.

We had a phenomenal dining experience at La Zazzona. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the wait staff, wine selection, appetizers, main courses and desserts. Highlights included the house buratta, the restaurant’s namesake pasta, porterhouse steak and tiramisu. Though it’s a pricey meal, it’s well worth the expense for a special occasion.

We had an absolutely amazing experience for our daughter’s 18th birthday. The food was incredible, the service and drinks were just as good! Thanks to Richard Blais and his amazing team. All three generations at dinner loved their meal and will be back.

Seems like the staff are under trained. We had 6 people at our table. They served 3 main courses at once, then 5 minutes later 2 more dishes and we had to ask repeatedly about the last dish. Didn't they notice one person didn't have food???? And when they brought the leftovers they dropped 3 bags together so we had no idea what was what. Each bag should have been handed to the individual whose leftovers were in the bag.

The chef came out do discuss our options because of our dietary restrictions. He could not have been more accommodating and the food was delicious! Service was outstanding. And the glass of bubbles to start the evening was a nice touch.
