   Beautifully remodeled setting. Cozy and romantic. Noise level low, and tables spaced nicely. Site of previous Sol Y Luna restaurant. The tasting menu was imaginative and bold, beautifully presented, and was delicious. One of us had significant multiple food allergies, and the chef navigated around these skillfully, providing novel alternative courses. The hostess and waitress were crazy busy, but somehow appeared calm and unhurried, taking the time to discuss and present each course, and answer all questions. Since it’s a tasting menu, the portions were appropriate, and we were both comfortably full at the end. We will definitely return during our next visit to St. Martin. Highly recommended.

   Incredible experience from start to finish. Each course was beautiful and delicious with an incredible attention to detail. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

   Absolutely the best dining experience I’ve ever had. From the impeccable presentation to the attentive service, perfectly curated wine pairings, and unforgettable flavors—every detail was pure magic. I’ve dined at several Michelin-starred restaurants, but this one truly left me speechless. A hidden gem that deserves all the praise, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have experienced such a spectacular meal.

   The finest dining in SXM. A few other restaurants may produce very high quality well prepared food, La Villa Hibiscus creates individual culinary works of art. This is not formulamatic dishes prepared day after day. The menu changes each week and the larger tasting menus can be individualized A well selected wine pairing is offered The servers are knowledgeable and describe both the food and wine The restaurant is beautiful with tables widely spaced We have been visiting SXM for almost 40 years and have dined in all the finest restaurants, none are in the same league as Hibiscus

   Exceptional food and service in a lovely setting, truly a remarkable dining experience. We enjoyed the four course menu and can only imagine how delightful the upgrade options would be. Highly recommend!
