An unforgettable dinner at La Torretta, an authentic Italian gem. From appetizers to dessert, every bite was perfection — hands down the best Italian food we’ve had in years. My wife couldn’t get enough of the Pasta Fagioli soup, and we were treated to such warm hospitality at La Torretta, this charming nine-table restaurant, the team is truly doing it right.

Great dinner. Owner/server was funny and welcoming. Extensive menu and adequate wine list. Overall it’s a wonderful place for dinner. We will be back!

So wonderful for us that a restaurant of this caliber is located close to our home. Positively every menu item is outstanding, service always impeccable and one can actually converse with ease. Oh, they also invest in sturdy to go containers which is an added plus (my pet peeve is being given a to go container that leaks all over the car). Kudos to Darius for running such a first class Italian restaurant.

The snails are the best in town... Nice quiet place where we can have conversation and no loud music in background . Service is good, they do not rush you out the door

We didn't realize that La Torretta had relocated after it disappeared from Scottsdale Rd & FLW and always lamented we had never been there. So glad we found it at 100th St & FLW. What a treasure - small, elegant strip mall restaurant with excellent attentive service. It was quiet and pleasantly occupied as we were there on a Sunday night. The food is outstanding! My husband had a homemade lasagne like never experienced before - so tasty and full of ingredients. I had the chicken franchese - white wine, lemon, capers, mushrooms over angel hair - Tremendously delicious! Portions are large. Wine list is very ample and they had our favorite label, Banfi. And the bartender does a great Old Fashioned. You do need reservations because of the limited tables. We will definitely be back! It truly is Food for the Gods

This was our first dining experience since they moved to this inviting and accessible location. The intimacy of the candle lit restaurant with white table cloths and black napkins, contributed to the personal and attentive service. The owner offered in great detail a description of items on and off menu, so that our order was individually suited to us…as if we were in our own Nona’s kitchen. Even the wines were aptly described for optimal selection. We tried four 1/2 order pastas: pesto, aglio e olio, vongole bianco, and mushroom ravioli. All were delicious and will be ordered again (save for the mushroom ravioli which although flavorful, was a bit hard shelled for my taste). The Veal Milanese was also prepared to perfection. The Ceasar salad was cold and crisp with yummy baked croutons—but will ask for lightly dressed next time. We will definitely be back to our new Neighborhood favorite!
