                                We went during Restaurant Week because we wanted to try the place, and the RW menu looked good, with many selections.  Every dish we had was extremely good. In particular, the mushroom appetizer and the branzino entree were superb. I would rank it with the best Italian restaurants in the city The service was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was about half full, and it was pretty quiet. But I suspect it could get loud inside if it was full, given all the hard surfaces. They did have sound absorbing panels throughout, which of course are helpful.  More restaurants should have them. We will definitely return.

                                Excellent food! . Large portions. Good prices. Charming and good service. BYOB. Can’t ask for anymore. Dining room not warm and cozy but acceptable. I love the restaurant. One of my favorite Italian’s right now among many. Veal piccante, calamari, sausage/ broccoli rabe, fish special all delicious. Even the pistachio gelato was as good as Italy.

                                Great food, service and a terrific value. La Sera is becoming a favorite neighborhood BYO for us. Really nice menu and specials.

                                My experience at La Sera was excellent. We walked in an hour before our reservation seeing if we would be able to be seated earlier and we were seated with no issue. The food was outstanding and the byob option is a huge plus. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the quality and the amount of food given. I highly recommend the mushrooms! I will definitely be coming back here and will be recommending this establishment to others

                                Great time. Party of 4. Cold outside. Warm inside restaurant. Albert and his team always take care of us. Couple of grilled octopus, special salad, broccoli rabe and sausage. Special request risotto, spaghetti capesante, pasta and meatballs. All excellent.

                                Food was generally good and service excellent. My main complaint is that the restaurant didn’t advertise the prix fixed $85 price for dinner for New Year’s Eve. Several couples left because they didn’t know. While the food was good it was not worth $85.00. Since the regular menu is reasonably priced, we will go back.
