La Pizza Fresca Ristorante is a member of Grvppo Ristoratori Italiani, has been certified by the Italian government's Ospitalita' Italiana and certified for authenticity by the Naples, Italy based organization, Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana. Our wine director was inducted into the prestigious Alba, Italy food and wine order Ordine dei Cavalieri del Tartufo e dei Vini d'Alba and we received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence from 2001 through 2003 and the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence from 2004 through 2016.

Sad to see this wonderful restaurant close at this location. Hoping they find a new location soon! GREAT pizza and pasta with an extensive Italian wine list that any wine enthusiast would love!

We’ve been to this restaurant before and it was fine. But we will never go back, because it felt like there was no one actually serving us. We had to ask for silverware. And we had to ask for napkins. No one checked on us after our dinners were served, and our dinners were not very well-prepared. They were merely okay. But not having someone to speak with about our experience, and not having someone ask us about our experience, is why we will not go back. When we were there, it was not busy. Maybe it’s true that the few were the people there are in the restaurant the worst this service is. But this was an expensive mistake on our part. We were hungry. Who could blame us?

We were 4 for dinner, shared 2 pizzas which was more than enough, a couple of salads and a dessert. Good wine, some cappuccinos and all was delicious. The restaurant is not huge, but very charming, good service, and definitely warrants a return visit.

I hear they are closing to move to a new location.. Yet to be determined.. The is an outstanding authentic nepolitano pizza and Italian cuisine restaraunt with fantastic food! If it was closer to my apartment, I would eat here once a week or more!!!

Loved the pizza, but also the entree, it was worth waiting for the chef and the service was outstanding. Recommended!

The food was very good. The service was a bit inattentive, but that is because there was only 1 waitress and 1 busboy to handle everything. The value is good. The do only carry wine and beer so some of my friends didn't drink because they like a cocktail.
