Our mission is simple: to celebrate the abundance coming from our friends, their fields, and the magnificent wealth available to us, both from Québec and from coast to coast. We see ourselves as a connection between farmers, creators, and a truly memorable meal. The principles of simplicity, sustainability, and seasonality guide everything we do at La Petite Primerose, from the presentation of dishes, to uncorking bottles, to creating our cocktails.

Fantastic space, well thought out drinks and playes, knowledgeable staff. Will be back again and again, can’t wait for dinner service to start! Must try the Biscuits, Pork Sausage Patty and arguably the best pancakes I’ve ever had.

Nous avons absolument tout aimé et nous avons hâte d’essayer en soirée! Cependant le fait que ce soit juste du café filtre me surprend un peu - nous voulons des lattés !

Fantastic first experience at La Petite Primerose for brunch. All of the cocktails and dishes were expertly crafted and the attention to detail in all aspects is noticeable. We can’t wait for more from this stunning new restaurant!

Nous avons essayé La petite Primerose la deuxième journée d’ouverture et voici nos premières impressions: 1-le café filtre est délicieux, plutôt fruité que corsé et nous avons eu la chance de goûter leur lait d’avoine maison. Il n’y a pas d’espresso. 2- il y a définitivement un souci du détails pour les chaises, luminaires, assiettes et vaisselles, de très bons goûts. 3- Pour le brunch, nous avons pris les fèves, les pancakes et le grits. J’ai adoré les pancakes. Elles étaient bien copieuses malgré la catégorie de petites assiettes. Les fèves étaient très bonnes et parfumées, j’aurais bien aimé une tranche de sourdough pour les manger, mais reste que le goût y était. Finalement, le grit, mon conjoint aurait peut être aimé ses œufs un peu moins moellet, mais cela reste bien personnel à lui. Au goût c’était très intéressant, nous avons bien hâte d’essayer leur souper.

Fantastic new restaurant in Hull. Everything from service, food presentation, tableware, to ambience is impeccable. Highly recommend for those who enjoy beautiful, unique dishes using ethical suppliers in the loveliest of settings.

We were so glad to see La Petite Primerose opening in the neighborhood. We went on opening day, and were not disappointed! The food was excellent and the service was very attentive. We especially loved the homemade biscuits with salted butter and apricot jam. We will definitely be returning once dinner service begins.
