Some menu items have changed over the years like the kibbeh. Less flavorful and not as refined. It feels as though the place is on its last leg. Also, lots of noise coming from the folks in the kitchen.

I’ve been to this location before, but I’ve been to the one on Fillmore Street. It had been a long time and I was very glad to see how busy they were and that the food was still excellent. The service was fantastic and they were very attentive.

Our server was absolutely fabulous and the food was beyond amazing. It’s always a fabulous experience there. It’s true a gem.

The last time I came here was when I lived in San Francisco 25 years ago. It hasn’t changed. The service is exceptional and the food still absolutely delicious.

Been going here for 30 years. Returned on a recent visit and it didn’t live up to my memories. Food was just ok and ambience was lacking. Still a friendly, affordable spot.

La Mediterranee was closed when we arrived at 6:45, despite having a confirmed reservation. Apparently the restaurant did not update Open Table regarding its hours for November 29th.

Food was delicious! Highly recommend the Middle Eastern Plate for anyone who is new to Mediterranean cuisine. The Pomegranate Chicken and Chocolate Mousse are must haves.

I've always had good experiences at La Mediterranee. As usual, the food was excellent. The staff was attentive enough to be helpful and efficient, yet unobtrusive. We felt neither rushed nor ignored; a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
