Inspired by the cultures of Latin America, La Cocina at Reforma pays homage to the Southern California experience. Cuisines from Mexico, Central, and South America are represented and fused, paired with our handcrafted cocktails, delivering a unique dining experience. The Peruvian Chicken, Lomo Saltado and Short Rib Mole have become instant classics. Choose from elegant, sophisticated cocktails or the deep selection of wines to pair with your meal.

La Cocina at Reforma has reinvigorated the former Robinson's department store building, a Class A historical site that is a Palm Springs icon. The patio provides views of lively downtown and the Architecture and Design Center, another example of mid-century architecture. The interiors respect the building's heritage, while offering a luxe dining experience.

The service was extremely slow. Both the drinks and food took what felt like forever to arrive at the table. The salmon was cooked medium rare, which made it too undercooked to eat. Overall, the experience was a disappointment.

The most delicious Latin/Mexican fare! Don’t miss the seasoned corn on the cob. Chicken fajitas were outstanding, as were the churros. Lounge seating preferred.

The inside room was not appealing. Very dark and noisy from other tables. But we moved to a table outside and it was great.

Our overall experience at La Cocina was good. The calamari dish was one of the best cooked fried calamari we’ve ever had. The sour Latin inspired cocktail was a smooth blend of flavors. The hanger steak, in particular, the chimmichuri sauce had very good flavors. While the freshly made corn taco shells were a hit the overall taste of the mole was lacking. The short rib was a bit too fatty and the side of cilantro rice lacked any significant seasoning. Service itself was amazing. Good experience. Could be a 5 star if order the right dishes.

Food was great, beyond expectations. There were only 2 details that brought the experience down from a perfect 5 Star evening. 1. We were seated in the bar. And 2. The charge for extra tortillas.
