La Barrita features Argentinian style steak seasoned with mouth watering chimichurri, home made pastas, and empanadas. Nestled in the Butcher's Hill neighborhood, La Barrita provides intimate atmosphere with a Baltimore industrial feel. In the warmer months enjoy al fresco dining when we roll up the garage doors.

At La Barrita we treat our guests like family. An upscale casual restaurant, we suit a variety of dining needs, from special occasions to catching up with friends; you might even catch a soccer game on at the bar. Service was amazing. Water, bread, food all were given attention. Our food came out HOT like it should and tasted amazing. Waiter was great. Right on top of everything. We can’t wait to return.

$70 for a filet mignon that was overcooked and dried out. Waited almost ten minutes to get menus after being sat. All around not worth the price tag.

A "neighborhood spot" which merits consideration as a destination outing. Excellent food and service in a small setting.

I have been here many times and have never had anything here I didn’t like. The steaks are flavorful and coocked to perfection and their pastas are absolutely amazing. Would highly reccomend the ravioles verdes, the ribeye, and for dessert, the panqueques. Service is always outstanding as well, can’t wait to come back!

Everything was great, except that I felt the server was a bit in a rush, cleared our unfinished appetizers , pushed for additional sales, but I guess that’s the way it is. The food was excellent and I would for sure go again and highly recommend it

I had a fantastic dining experience at La Barrita! The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with quality ingredients. The service was just as impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a great meal. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing food and excellent service!

The food was great -especially the specials of the night. The drinks were good and the wine list had a good variety - especially from Argentina. A gem in the neighborhood!

La Barrita was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The owner Sebastian made us feel like old friends, and our waiter Tony was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our meal special. We were lucky to visit on a slower Monday, which made for an even more intimate and personalized dining experience. We originally went for an anniversary dinner, but we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
