A multifaceted Asian dining destination in the heart of Mayfair. Discover our fiery Thai dining and our Izakaya style KOYN bar.

Something exciting is coming to the cosmos of KOYN.
In June, our subterranean dining space will transform into KOYN Thai in collaboration with Bangkok born chef, Rose Chalalai Singh. The new restaurant will celebrate the flavours, spices and cooking techniques of Thailand.

KOYN Thai will sit underneath its Japanese counterpart, in the basement of the Grosvenor Street Residence, offering a menu that captures the essence of Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and the central provinces.

Rose, known for her Parisian private dining restaurant, Rose Kitchen, and having catered for
some of the world’s greatest fashion and art talent - from Vogue Paris fashion events to The
Gagosian - will make her London debut at KOYN Thai.

Food lacked depth, texture and flavour. the Yellow Crab Curry (priced at £45) was like a wet soup with floating pieces of crab in an overly hot thin broth - very disappointing.

really great restaurant with great service and delicious Thai food. We had the tasting menu and we had so much food, all beautifully served and delicious. We all had a great time in this buzzing restaurant, would highly recommend.

Koyn was an incredible experience and on arrival, was still torn between either their Asian menu or Japanese. We kept with our original booking of Asian and we truely weren’t disappointed! The atmosphere was incredible as we were led downstairs to what was a beautiful ambiance and great decor. We were seated gracefully and stunned at the amazing chefs in the open plan kitchen, with a sense of gratification as they prepared food. Having such a great selection, we went with a their tasting menu which for us, had many options we wanted to try, having our tastebuds heighten from the moment the 1st dished arrived. The food was plentiful, authentic and I thought we were somewhere in the far east ourselves; it was brilliant. The remaining dishes were just as satisfying right to the end and will be coming back for sure… If you’re after some incredible authentic pan asian and enjoy well balanced dishes with a little spice, this is guaranteed to please! I’ll certainly be back to try their Japanese dishes, looking forward to it.

Lovely birthday night with my family. Food was really good, especially the first plates, delicious! Flawless service. Nice, vibrant atmosphere, just people they enjoyed their outing. Highly recommended!

I took my daughter for a birthday lunch. I ordered the steamed sea bass which came with a sauce which I requested to be served separately. However the sea bass was quite dry and overcooked as it had been scored down each side and then dipped in a batter. This was not explained on the means and I assumed that I was going to get a moist and succulent fish.

Great atmosphere throughout the lower level of a beautiful restaurant. Excellent service. The food I ordered was very spicy (which I was warned about several times) and I loved it all!
