Se demoran mucho para servir los tragos , y la comida no esta muy buena , el local es bonito y el ambiente es bueno , solo deben de mejorar en la comida y ser mas rápido en la atención de las bebidas

Estaba cerrado y llame por telefono y nadie sabia que estaba cerrado, nunca pudimos comer con reservación hecha!

The ambiance and decor is supreme. I really enjoyed the fire lady and the mix of music. Where I think the restaurant fell short was in the most important portion, the food area. Neither item that I ordered was tasty AT ALL. We started with lite bites and drinks and eww. The shrimp/rice dish was cold and flavorless. We decided to move forward with the entree and I ordered the Lobster Pasta and double eww. This dish was so OVER seasoned I couldn’t stomach it. The bill included the gratuity, which was earned and a small entertainment fee which was well deserved. But the food is not good and overpriced for sure.

The food is overpriced n the only thing that I can recommend is the Mac n cheese

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve encountered. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out & left. They ask for your ID & credit card at your arrival. The hostess states this is to ensure that guests don’t leave without paying. (Huge red flag) The hostess sat us at a dirty table. The table didn’t get cleaned until the server arrived. Roughly 13 mins after being seated. She never brought water or utensils. Someone brought appetizers & we had no flatware to eat it with. We immediately requested our card & ID and we left.

I love Koya, I’ve been here several times. It was unfortunate to know that they didn’t have have any fish or vegetarian options on their NYE fixed menu. My friend who doesn’t eat any meat had to sit there and not eat anything because they told him “That’s all we got” and didn’t offer him any substitutions. He was very upset especially because he already paid $150 at the beginning of dinner. This was not the way he planned to bring in his new year and the lack of care from the waiter was frustrating. Customer service was subpar.

My experience wasn’t the best. They overcharged per person ($200 taxes & gratitude included) then stated this was family style where we were to share a plate consisting of one steak & 4 chicken strips for (4 people) The drink were watered down. The wait staff was unprofessional and was not accommodating. It took forever for the waitress to attend to us. We didn’t get our food until 1+ hrs after being seated. We were told we can not split the checks (party of 5) but charged to card that held the reservation at the door for 6 people instead of 5 people. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone visiting or trying out a new restaurant. This was unacceptable and they didn’t make it right for us. This was New Year Eve and it was ruined. Unfortunately

First and foremost, the only bad thing I could say is that we waited longer than 30 min to get our drinks and even longer to get out food (we ordered all of it together). A simple notice would’ve been perfect instead of having us wait a long time without speaking to us. Everything else was perfect!
