Natalie our server was great! We did the shabu bar and it tastes good. The seasonal dessert was awesome too

Amazing menu and service. Cocktails well-balanced, very authentic menu - all items were delicious. Noise level was great for conversation. Will definitely be back.

Our new favorite restaurant! The food at koshō was absolutely fantasic and the hospitality was like I've never experienced before. The chef, Nick greeted each table like they were family making sure everyone was enjoying their meals. Karson, the floor manager was equally as welcoming. We ordered the bao buns, crispy rice with unagi, some yakitori skewers & had the most delicious drinks that paired perfectly with our dinner. Can’t wait to go back!
