Our server was outstanding. Helpful, timely, communicative. However, it took forever to get our food. Appetizers were slow to arrive and the main course took a long time as well. Certainly not the servers fault. Not sure if "blame" is the correct word, but, the food took forever

This was me and my guest’s first time at Kona Grill. I got the “America’s Favorite”, and my guest ordered the fish sandwich and fries. My meal was good but I did not eat my sausage as it was too undercooked for my liking. I didn’t say anything to the waitress because I didn’t want to wait for more sausage. I just ate the bacon that came with the meal too. Our waitress was very polite, friendly, and hospitable. We appreciated that a lot. What I did not care for besides the undercooked sausage was the over priced carrot cake that I ordered to go. I didn’t see the price in advance because we no longer had our menus. But seeing $15 for a slice of cake was a bit much! Definitely won’t be ordering that again. I should have had a whole cake for that price. 😳 Nevertheless I would certainly return and try something else on the menu.

We arrived at 11:50am but we did not receive our food until 1:30pm. By that time one one’s food was hot. Our waiter was doing the best she could to make sure we were taken care of, however the service was slow and the manager seemed clueless as to what was going on and what was needed. We also learned that if you are celebrating your birthday they charge for the dessert.

Love coming here for dinner & finally got to experience them for brunch and it was so tasty! I will always recommend Kona Grill for brunch!

The wagyu was melt in your mouth , the drinks are a 10/10 , the sides are okay but the food is GOOD .

Very small portions for the money. Fish tastes lokenit was a frozen filet from a box. Potstickers and egg rolls very good. Very pricey for what you get

Restaurant was underataffed causing a delay. Our hostess was great for the 2 minutes we actually interacted with her. The food was so so. I had the Pad Tai but the noodles were very gummy. My wife had sushi which was ok.

We waited 90 minutes for sushi. It wasn’t even that busy. So slow! The food was good when they finally brought it out.
