KLEIN / HARRIS is an independent restaurant concept, inspired from the diverse bounty that Canada has to offer. Located in downtown Calgary on Stephen Avenue, KLEIN / HARRIS highlights the stories of passionate Canadian producers with the use of exceptional products and ingredients. Working with a long list of national heroes that make True North Cuisine possible, Executive Chef James Waters focuses on distinct coast-to-coast Canadian dishes; a culinary journey that begins in the West to eventually end on the East Coast, highlighting ingredients like wild seasonal mushrooms from British Columbia and fresh notable oysters from The Maritimes.

It was our third visit this year and each time is a fantastic experience. The hand rolled pasta was simple but delicious. The burger makes you feel like you're eating a juicy steak with groceries. The salmon was the best I've had in the city. My wife loved the chicken breast. Great value for money, too. My only constructive criticism would be to have fries available (rather than chips) with the burger.

Only the second time I have been here and it didn't disappoint again! Everything was wonderful - service, ambience, food. This restaurant definitely stands out for quality and value. Will be back again soon!

We really enjoyed our experience at Klein/Harris! I wasn’t sure I’d like being seated at the bar but it was fun, watching the cocktails being made and the organized chaos in the open kitchen. It was a Saturday night, so busy, but the service was excellent and the food was delicious! Highly recommended!

First time at this restaurant that has a lot of competition. Great food (wild salmon) prompt service and seated me at a quiet table for a lunch business meeting.

Everything was fantastic! I had the pork belly and it was so creatively done. Great service and relaxing ambience. We will definitely go back. Highly recommended!

Dave, our server was amazing very knowledgable very personable. It was our first time there love the feature not on the menu. Old-fashioned with the port. Definitely recommend that that would be a winter option. Food portion. Perfect salmon amazing. Really great. I ambiance layout very warm like I was having dinner at home. Price is very reasonable cocktails price point amazing. The team service was really good. Our server was tending to a large party, but found the bounce to give us the attention we needed and the space we needed you don't see that kind of service anymore. Very impressed. Keep up the great work.

A great spot in downtown Calgary. Great appetizers (pork belly is a must) and I had a fantastic koho salmon special. Great recommendations and service from David, will be back when in Calgary.
