We had booked a pre theatre meal, we arrived on time had opted for the 2 course option, thinking it would give time to have a drink at the theatre. We ended up having to chase up both courses and having to ask for the bill at the same time as our waiter had no sense of urgency and did not apologise for the lateness of the dishes. We got to theatre with 5 minutes to spare, before it started, making it stressful which it really shouldn't have been. Do not offer a pre theatre meal offer if you cannot deliver quick service. Front of house staff were polite and professional, but waiting staff, perhaps just out waiter, need a little more training.

We booked last minute for brunch and we’re not disappointed. The restaurant is stunning and the terrace has great views. Service was attentive and both the food and drinks were spot on. Will be visiting again very soon

Amazing atmosphere and incredible food. The terrace at sunset is the perfect spot for a cocktail with a view—highly recommend the Balsam and Gastonia. The Chateaubriand steak was unforgettable, cooked to perfection. Service was absolutely spotless!

It is a beautiful venue with incredible views over Trafalgar Square. The service was spot on and the food was very good value. I can't fault a thing about the entire place.

We booked for the 50% off food offer but we were charged full price and didn't realise until we had left the restaurant, as we were with customers. I contacted the restaurant to see if we could set it right but did not get any reply. If everything was up to scratch it wouldn't be a such a big deal, but the restaurant still has teething problems. Here is the feedback I sent to the restaurant: -Two of the toilets I tried had broken locks and one did not have any hand towels - The waiting staff were stood around in the corridor next to the kitchen blocking the way to the toilets, while there service was not good in the restaurant. - We had the wave the waitress over to order 3/4 times, they were passive and did not make an effort to ask if we wanted to order. - Drinks took a very long time to come, despite the fact there was only one more table. - It is a shame it is not possible to eat outside - the previous restaurant allowed it but I don't think we will be coming back given there is no outside option (there are plenty of restaurants with better food close by that we can sit inside). - We were told the only non alcoholic beer was Heinenken, when my customer wanted to order another one they had no cold ones, but then offered a Lucky Saint. It would have been good to know there was more than one non alcoholic beer from the start
