   I would recommend the side dishes which tasted delicious: mac & cheese, greens, yams. My fried chicken was fried way too hard so it took away from the white meat being tender and juicy. The salmon bites appetizer would have been better grilled rather than fried. The ambience was nice but the music during brunch was way too loud. For brunch I don't want to feel like I'm at a club and have to yell for others at my table to hear me. Overall I would recommend the experience for newcomers.

   Great experience! We arrived 15mins before reservation time and was seated 3 mins later. Waitress cecily was kind and professional. Food arrived hot and was delicious. My husband and I will be back!!

   We found hair in our catfish. They took the fish off the bill but it ruined the experience. We ended up leaving after paying almost $300 for food we barely ate and didn't want to take home.

   I was super excited to go to this place. Unfortunately, my potatoes were cold hard food was not what I thought it was gonna be. Maybe I need to try back for dinner time . My waiter was very nice and pleasant.

   This was my second visit to Kitchen & Koctails. My first visit we sat at the bar, I ordered a cup of Gumbo that was very good but I didn’t realize it came with no rice. I had the fried pickles which was good. My only complaint about sitting at the bar is the bar stools are too short for the height of bar which makes eating there feels awkward and uncomfortable. My second visit, I see that they still have the same bar stools. I was seated at a table that was nice and comfortable. We ordered two appetizers, the fried pickles and fried green tomatoes which was very good especially the fried green tomatoes with the creamy grits. Our entree was fried catfish and grits. Which was good but not enough of cream on my grits. I would like to be a frequent visitor to this restaurant but the food and drink prices are a bit ridiculous.

   Easy to access restaurant, Very boisterous environment. Nice and efficient and helpful server. Food flavorful and plenty of it.

    The bar staff took 35 mins to assist me. The guy stated it was because he had to make alot of drinks. My food arrived it was cold, and old. I will never return.
