Kitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley Atlanta will be located at 4400 Ashford Dunwoody Rd NE Suite 3030, Perimeter Mall Dunwoody, GA 30346-1518. The location is 6,357 square feet and seats over 175 people. The restaurant will feature a full service bar and one private dining area, the Asset Lounge. Owner, Kevin Kelley’s dedicated team is ready to present Atlanta’s robust community with a new, high-level style of Southern comfort dining.

    Everything about Kitchen + Kocktails was on point. From the hostess, to the wait staff, to the AHHHMAZING Soul Food and drinks, our party of five had a wonderful evening. This place is a must go. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely evening!!!

    The whole experience was amazing from the time we walked into the for front the greeter to the hostess. Shout out to Takara our waitress who was phenomenal! We will definitely have them in rotation as our weekly date nights.

    We visited on Sunday, January 5, as a party of five, and unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to our expectations the rose wall picture was the highlight. While our server initially greeted us with a warm smile, it quickly faded as we made requests, and we could tell she became increasingly annoyed. One major downside was how they charge for almost everything. For instance, my Chicken Fried Chicken, which was supposed to be smothered in gravy, arrived with barely any gravy. After asking for more, I was shocked to find a $5 charge for the extra gravy when the bill came. I made sure to have the manager remove that charge. ( waittress never said their would be a charge). Another friend ordered collard greens as a side to her breakfast, but when it arrived, she was surprised to find rice on the plate. Later, she realized she was charged $24 for a collard greens meal when all she wanted was a side of greens. The menu is overwhelming, with so many options scattered in different sections that it’s difficult to know what you’re actually ordering. The waitress didn’t clarify any of the hidden charges, which added to the confusion. For example, I ordered a $15 blackberry margarita, but was charged $21. I didn't realize that it was a non-alcoholic version. Our food was fine, though nothing remarkable. We waited a long time for it, and when it finally arrived, we weren’t overly impressed. The complimentary cornbread was a nice touch for the wait, but 2 pieces for 5 ladies, the jerk chicken soup was a miss—it tasted like canned soup with jerk seasoning added. Another thing that bothered us was the lack of a detailed bill. The waitress have us swiped our card with no itemized breakdown. We only saw the detailed charges when we received the receipt via email or text. Transparency and clarity need improvement. There are too many great dining options in Atlanta and the surrounding areas for us to consider returning anytime soon.

    Great vibe, delicious food, great service and space fits small or medium size groups. The food is as delicious as it looks. GPS takes you to the wrong place. Just know it’s on the outside of the Perimeter Mall.

    We visited from Chicago. Our server Premiere was great! Showed us a really good time. Food 10/10.

    Our drinks and food delivery took extremely long. Our food when received was just warm not hot! Our server was not attentive at all. We had to get other servers to assist us on (3) different occasions. The mandatory 20% gratuity is an injustice to customers when the server is awful. Not interested in returning!

    The space is beautiful and the DJ for Saturday brunch definitely created the vibe Atlanta is known for on weekends. Lots of spaces to take great pictures with friends. Ordered the chicken and cinnamon roll chicken and waffles. The chicken had a great crisp to it, but unfortunately was not warm when it was served. The waffles were sweet but had a great consistency. I wish they had coffee and tea available since it was brunch, but that wasn't offered.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing vibes, incredible food, and top-tier service! We had the BEST experience at Kitchen + Kocktails, and it was all thanks to Kita and Rico! From the moment we walked in, they made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Kita was an absolute gem—so attentive, warm, and on top of everything. She made sure our drinks were perfect, our plates were piping hot, and our experience felt personalized. And Rico? He’s a vibe all on his own! His energy was unmatched, and he brought so much personality and fun to the evening. You can tell he loves what he does, and it made our night unforgettable. The food? Incredible. The kocktails? Next-level. But the service from Kita and Rico is what will keep us coming back. 10/10 recommend! Can’t wait to return for more great times with this amazing team. 👏
