Kirby's Prime Steakhouse de Southlake (1999) es un restaurante galardonado que continúa el legado del Dallas' Original Steakhouse (1954), y selecciona carne añejada de calidad prime obtenida de vacuno del Midwest alimentado con grano. El Kirby's ofrece además marisco fresco, platillos del día, y una fantástica selección de vinos de Europa y América criados en una impresionante bodega de más de 3.000 botellas. El Kirby's cuenta con un bar de jazz muy actual y un salón con música en vivo los viernes y sábados noche. Richard, our waiter was very attentive to our table and the steaks were perfectly done. Overall better than most high end restaurants in Southlake

A phenomenal experience overall. We celebrate our anniversary monthly. We've never been disappointed in food or service. Richard is the ultimate professional server.

We went Kirby’s last night for our 47th wedding anniversary as we have done for the last few anniversaries. Our server was J.J. I believe. He was friendly, but did just the minimum in serving. We requested medium rare steaks, but they were more on the medium side…but still delicious. The steaks looked sad in the middle of the plate with no garnish. The Caesar salad was wonderful as always, and I loved the French onion soup. We were somewhat disappointed that we didn’t receive our complementary glass of champagne or complementary dessert. And, not too surprising, we did not receive our complementary $20 gift certificate. The noise level is awful…we couldn’t even have a conversation during dinner, so we ate quickly and left. Not much of a celebration.

We recently celebrated a family member's birthday at Kirby's and had a wonderful experience! The food was amazing and the ambience was cozy and warm! Our waiter was excellent - he provided just the right amount of attention and we never felt that we were being rushed to either order or finish our time together. We would highly recommend Kirby's to anyone looking for an upscale, relaxed evening, with five-star cuisine! Be sure to try the grilled tequila shrimp with lime cilantro sauce - out of this world! We will definitely be returning sooner rather than later!

We have been to Kirby’s several times. It’s just a really good restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere, delicious food, and great service every time. It is a Prime Steakhouse, and that’s what you get… consistently every time.

We had the filet which was perfectly cooked medium, hot and delicious. Soup or salad came with the steak. Crusty sourdough bread and butter was also included. My father was celebrating his 86th birthday so they brought him a crème brûlée. The service was impeccable and cordial. Lovely ambience and quiet. Excellent experience.
