Very pleasant experience. Food was excellent and we were well looked after by the staff. A nice ambience, although it was New Years Eve. We have been to the Kings Head before and will certainly be going again.

This was an excellent find for a Boxing Day dinner, great value, excellent service, a tasty filling meal and great atmosphere.

We went for a meal with the family for my birthday today. Great service, very attentive and engaging, ensuring we had an enjoyable experience. The meals were hot, good portion sizes and delicious at fair prices. To finish off we had yummy desserts with perfectly made cappuccinos. Overall a good experience, a first visit or many more to come.

We chose the Kings Head on spec ans we don’t know the anrea and are very pleased that we did. Upon walking in the warm buzzy atmosphere envelopes you and the staff are efficient so friendly and attentive… the family run nature of the business comes through in its atmosphere. I would recommend it if you are looking for a relaxed unpretentious pub meal out

The food was lovely,especially starters and mains.Desserts not so good.I had chocolate brownie and asked if I could have cream rather than ice cream,waitress said no cream available?!In a restaurant?!Brownie was cold,not warmed&wasn’t chocolately.A little overpriced overall

Called in when visiting the area. The welcome was lovely and the whole feel of the place was friendly. The roast beef was very good and my husbands pie was excellent Staff and service very good
