We were a party of 4. Out of the 4 of us, 3 of us ordered steaks. All 3 steaks were cooked wrong!! Despite the fact that the restaurant was not too busy, it took a long time for our server to come by to check on us before we could voice our complaints re the 3 steaks. By the time the server did come by, my brother was so hungry that he didn't even bother to wait for a new steak to be cooked, but rather just ate the one served to him - and had to cut his steak with a dinner knife because he wasn't even given a steak knife! I had the cream of broccoli soup which came out luke-warm, at best - not at all hot! This was supposed to be a nice early Christmas family dinner for us and it just wasn't what any of us expected. For the price I paid, I expected not only better service, but a much better quality of food. Next time, I will think about going somewhere else.

food was great. service was pretty poor. our waitress only took half the tables orders and then disappeared for like 30 mins before the rest could order. when we all finally got our things she disappeared for another hour. had to hunt her down for the bill. it was not very busy. sunday night.

I had a great time on my birthday.The place was clean & the ambiance was really nice. The staffs were friendly especially Brooke that was my hostess. Thanks Kelsey’s Original Roadhouse Brampton for a great time.The rib was so good, love the food & had the cheesecake for dessert.I will come again.

9 of us enjoyed reconnecting at Kelsey’s on Quarry Edge Drive in Brampton. We had a delicious lunch served in a reasonable timeframe. Our server was attentive. We try to make this an annual event and Kelsey’s always pleases everyone.

Great service. Good pub-fare food; generous portions. Weekly deals are a pretty good value, although on the pricier side overall without the deals.

Our server was great, seated at a standalone booth next to the bar which gave us good service and some extra privacy. Happy hour prices are great and the atmosphere was nice
