Providing our customers with fresh, high-quality sushi at reasonable price and impressing service. We take great pride in presenting the Katsumidori experience.
[活 Katsu] mean 'Encouragement', 'Fresh’, 'Active', and 'Living' which is our company's philosophy.
We offer comfortable dining space for our guests. Modern Japanese style. Cool sushi Bar. Casual fine dining.
In order to accommodate as many customers as possible, we operate a 90-minute meal time system for both lunch and dinner.
Also, if you would like to seat at the sushi bar, please call the restaurant directly to make a reservation.

Prices went up slightly, but that is to be expected in 2025. Sushi chefs were top-notch! The food reminded me of Japan all over again. Otoro melting in your mouth. The wait staff was so-so. Possibly understaffed or something. We asked for hot tea about halfway through our meal and never received it. Parking isn't free with validation anymore. Not the restaurants fault...its the hotel. Hopefully, they open a stand alone location that is not in a fancy Waikiki Hotel. Overall, it is recommended

Everyone said it tasted great. I however thought there was too much sauce on the eel and salmon salad. Still, it tasted good.
