Since 1972, Kanki has been the Triangle’s favorite Japanese steakhouse and sushi house.

Our flagship location at Crabtree Valley Mall is also our most widely recognized. Visit our Japanese restaurant in Raleigh for expertly prepared hibachi fare, sushi, noodle dishes and much more. Our Crabtree location also serves up hibachi meals and appetizers at our bar for extended hours after lunch.

Attended a Christmas lunch with friends. Our server (Sam) was the best!!! Very attentive and pleasant!! Best service in all the years we have been coming to Kanki

I recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Kanki and had a wonderful experience. The food was exceptional, with each dish cooked to perfection right in front of us. The hibachi chefs were not only skilled but also entertaining, making the meal enjoyable for everyone at our table. The service was prompt and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience that made my daughter’s birthday special. We look forward to returning soon!

This was the first time I visited this restaurant with my family. The food was good and was able to take home. They were very careful when it came to my wife's shellfish allergy. I was a little disappointed with the fact it was my wife's birthday and no one acknowledged it. It was noted on the Open Table site during the reservation process and wanted it to be a surprise. Not sure the purpose of having that "Special Occasion" field on the Open Table site.

Reservation was easy to place. Algo receive reminders. Food was good as always. Was just surprised Kanki changada lot and not for good. I am a visitor so it was really a surprise
