Under the expert hands of culinary icons Alfred Prasad, Daren Liew, and Richie Castillo, each dish at Kaldero reflects the extraordinary talent and artistry of its creators.

The dining space at Kaldero is a feast for the eyes, designed to complement the artistry on the plate. Rich, reclaimed timber, genuine terracotta tiling, and warm natural materials envelop the room, creating an intimate yet sophisticated setting.

Setting the stage for a truly immersive experience, the music at Kaldero is curated by neo-soul artist Uly, whose selection fills the room with vibrant layers of sound that are as dynamic as the dishes themselves.

                                                              Kaldero was such an amazing experience, the moment myself and my partner walked in, the ambience was wonderful, and service was excellent. The food was delicious and our waiter was so accommodating. A small bowl of ice cream was given to my boyfriend as it was his birthday which was such a lovely touch. Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will be back!

                                                              What a let down. Poor food, overpriced. Waitress asking the same question the previous one just had asked, ordered ribs to start and to find out later that item wasn't available on the menu. One and only one octopus tentacle, and to very dry and tasteless. A wise wife could cook better than that. Good luck guys, a lot to improve there.

                                                              Overall just a great experience, really attentive service with good recommendations by our waitress, a friendly welcome from everyone when we walked through the door. Food is really well presented and full of flavour, something completely different for Dublin. I couldn’t fault it!

                                                              Very much style over substance. Food was bland and very expensive for the serving sizes. Staff however were incredible, we could not say enough good things about our waiter who was very attentive
