Mala la comida, y pésimo el servicio, tarda demasiado. Pedi la reservación y y no tenían la mesa hasta después.

Algo pasó con las bebidas , solo tome 2 bebidas pero desde la primera me sentí un poco mareada , ya en la segunda me sentía como si estuviera ebria y hubiese tomado bastante, incluso amanecí con resaca horrible y he tenido nauseas y dolor de cabeza , sin duda la bebida no estaba bien

Hostess said open table reservation did not matter. They were seating over the phone reservations. We waited around an hour to be seated- with a reservation. Had to ask multiple times for plates and silverware. Mid food, this place is for the IG not the service or food.

I had reservations for 2 on Valentines Day, however got a table for 4. We ordered Alcohol drinks and got juice instead then we ordered food and they brought us the order of the table next to us. Then we waited a couple more minutes and they brought us the wrong food again in this case was the other side of our table (mind you we got there 15 minutes before the table on the left and 30 minutes and the right) yet we were still waiting on our food, finally our food arrived but didn’t get exactly as we ordered. So we’re like ok I get it it’s a busy day for them will let it go and just it what we got. Then the table next to us ordered another round and they brought us the order of the table next to us (again) THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS 100%!!!!! But what killed it for us was the repeated wrong orders!!! All though the food was great & the music im not sure about going back and getting the wrong order. I was embarrassed with my husband because I wanted to surprise him with a New Great spot for our Anniversary Date, but we keep passing out the food or alcohol drinks to the right or left tables the entire time we were there. Not sure if the tables had numbers or not but that could have helped out for the orders not to get mixed. At the time we asked for the check they took a while to bring it and unfortunately they brought it in when I was in the restroom and my husband had payed already I didn’t get the chance to check if we were billed correctly (my husband NEVER checks receipts) This was our Personal experience, First time going and POSSIBLY LAST.

This was our first visit to any Kalaveras restaurant. It was February 14, a Friday and Valentine's Day. Thankfully, we had reservations and were seated right away. They were slammed so it took a while before our waitress stopped by our table. Then we got chips, salsa, and our drinks right away. The chips would have been better if they had been warmed but the salsa was outstanding. We don't like it hot and it was perfect. We ordered shrimp fajitas and a combination plate with chile relleno and chicken enchilada. The combo also came with beans and rice. Everything tasted great! I order a relleno where ever I go and this one was excellent. I highly recommend that you try one also.

We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday dinner and it was the perfect place to celebrate! The margarita pitchers were delicious and generous! The food was outstanding. The service was impeccable, friendly, speedy, and super fun!!! The music was hip and my mother loved it. Their hospitality was unmatched. We are definitely going to be repeat customers.

Terrible service, watched a costumer grab limes from the buffet with his bare hands. After informing the waiter he did NOTHING, didn’t change the limes or take any action to remove the contaminated food. They checked on us twice maybe during our stay…Will never be returning.

Amazing food and great experience. We had bunch of 10 yr olds as well with us. Some the music videos were not appropriate but they obliged and put on game for us. Drinks were amazing as well. I would highly recommend it.
