Delicious authentic Thai food in a very attractive room. Two of us shared the fabulous blue pea dumplings, fish cakes. Beef salad ab Pad Thai. It was all very fresh and delicious with very friendly and efficient service.

We enjoyed the low key dining experience for our end of year team lunch. This was my first time so I was unsure if I was to see someone about my booking when I walked in. The man at the bar was the first person to 'see' us. Others noticed us but did not acknowledge us as guests. Our table was pointed at and described. Not sure if that's normal but its Monday and quiet so that's fine. The food and wine was really lovely. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we were very full. Thank you to our waitress who was patient with us whilst we had a less than conventional way of dining which is a bit annoying. She was patient, accommodating and helpful. I'll definitely be back to sample more of the menu.

Always a guaranteed excellent dine, knowing that you will constantly receive excellent service, quality food. When leaving you are always looking forward to the next return to Jumbo Thai Thank-you again and have a well earned Christmas Break

Pleasant evening but entrees very small and very expensive. Mains also very expensive. Food not as good as it should have been for the price.

Little noisy! The heat (chilli) in the Scallop & Basil dish overpowered the seafood and basil flavours. Disappointing!

I went for dinner with friends to Jumbo Thai last night. The restaurant space and decoration is lovely. Food and drinks were great and staff generally very nice but a bit disorganised and it took very long to take the first order.

We had a great Team Xmas Lunch! It was quite noisy though for a good hour though :(

We ordered soup and specifically said we want it as a starter. First before the main course. He said yes. It came with all the main course dishes. We then spoke to a lady supervisor who lacks customer service. She said we have already made the food. I said take it bake and bring it later once soup finished and to keep it warm. It took another 10 minutes for bowls and soup spoons which was now getting cold. She then brought back the food which was cold including the rice which was cold. Not fresh from the rice cooker. At 9 pm we finished and we asked for the dessert menu. She said sorry kitchen is closed! No warning. This lady the supervisor had absolutely no customer service skills. Just ignored us even when we told her service was bad. No apologies or exclamation just took the money for the bill. The owner should talk to his or her staff.

Delicious food. The serving sizes were very small for the price. But I'd definitely recommend Jumbo Thai to others. Just order more than you think you'll eat! We were a table of 3 females and 1 male and we ordered 4 mains - 2 curries, pad thai and the beef salad and we could definitely have eaten more.
