El restaurante Juliet ofrece platillos inspirados en la abundancia de la campiña italiana, integrando un menú que utiliza ingredientes locales del centro de Texas con un ambiente que evoca la soltura y liviandad de "la Dolce Vita" de Fellini. El aroma a fuego de leña y a ingredientes frescos de la temporada lo recibirán al entrar. El menú del chef ejecutivo Jacob Weaver llena las expectativas con una versión moderna de los platillos tradicionales. Para complementar el menú, el restaurante ofrece pasteles y panes caseros del chef de repostería Carly Rossmeissl, así como una selección de cocteles, vinos curados y cervezas del administrador del bar, Robert Millican. Only downside to the experience was the dining room - there were no windows. It was seriously lacking ambience. We should have opted to eat outside - the weather was outstanding and the outdoor area looked very inviting.

After years of coming here this time actually brought me to tears the server was so unexpected and unnecessarily rude at then end of the meal unacceptable and derogatory comments to me in front of my family.

Needless to say that type of behavior is completely unacceptable at Juliet and I'd like to assure you that we are taking this very seriously. Somebody on our management team should be reaching out to get more information from you. This was my first time here. Celebrating a birthday dinner with some girlfriends. Our waiter was super positive, Friendly, upbeat and got along with us so well. He suggested great things on the menu and always made sure we were taken care of & topped off. This was an amazing first time experience and I will come back and recommend it to everyone. I would love to try it again but dine outside (it was a tad cold and rainy for that) but this place looks like the vibe would be wonderful at a good time of year.

We booked an early reservation because of later plans and were pleasantly surprised with their happy hour prices including half price bottles of wine. My only comment- even with a reservation we were sat in the bar area. Our bartender was really nice but got busy and took a bit to get our dinner order. We were concerned about getting out in time so didn’t have time for dessert. We will definitely go back!

Super lovely food and experience , but the hostess felt the need to remind us at 5:30 that the next reservation was at 8:30. That was 3 hours later and didn’t really need to feel rushed the minute we walked in door.

It is policy, no matter how long or short the time may be, to inform all of our guests of any following reservations simply so they're not surprised later in the meal to find out about a time-table. It is always our goal to have the hosts express this as warmly and welcoming as possible so we're again sorry this clearly wasn't the case during your visit. The last thing we want is for our guests to feel rushed. My wife and I went to Juliet last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They comped us a couple of glasses of Prosecco to start out, and we both ordered the scallops in orzo and a shared side of Brussels sprouts. Everything was excellent.

Outstanding! We shared the calamari, carpaccio and meatballs for appetizer. Had the lamb ragu, Italian sausage in a delicious pesto sauce and eggplant parmagio- every dish was delicious and great service!
