El restaurante Juliet ofrece platillos inspirados en la abundancia de la campiña italiana, integrando un menú que utiliza ingredientes locales del centro de Texas con un ambiente que evoca la soltura y liviandad de "la Dolce Vita" de Fellini. El aroma a fuego de leña y a ingredientes frescos de la temporada lo recibirán al entrar. El menú del chef ejecutivo Jacob Weaver llena las expectativas con una versión moderna de los platillos tradicionales. Para complementar el menú, el restaurante ofrece pasteles y panes caseros del chef de repostería Carly Rossmeissl, así como una selección de cocteles, vinos curados y cervezas del administrador del bar, Robert Millican. I was really looking forward to this holiday celebration with my family and was incredibly disappointed to spend almost $300 on what was supposed to be a lovely meal and to be underwhelmed with the ambiance and service. This is a lovely restaurant, yet we were seated in a tent on a dirty, loud patio with no Christmas decorations, and nothing in the tent to add warmth or reduce the loud scraping of metal chairs on the dirty pavers, or to absorb the sound of conversations and children crying. I had asked to be seated inside, and was told no tables were available other than the bar. When I went inside to use the restroom, half of the tables were empty. Really disappointed as it was not the holiday celebration we were hoping for. The service outside was slow and almost like we were an afterthought. The quaint and warm restaurant is what we wanted and why we chose to dine here. Not to be placed in a cold, loud tent.

The food was lack luster. We had a great appetizer. Carpaccio My entree Italian sausage with cheese ravioli the sausage missed big time. Need to just completely Change it. It was just ground up without any soul to it.

Enjoyed the dining experience very much. Host went out of his way to find the best table for us in the dining room. Food was absolutely delicious. Chicken Marsala and the Pasta de Mare were outstanding. Also delicious were the Beef Carpaccio and the Chicken Parmigiana. The Cherry Gelato was amazing. Better than any Gelato I have ever tasted!

Always consistent. Every one of us got something different. From the salmon salad to Bolognese, to chicken piccata, & the red fish. Everything was excellent and service was phenomenal. Cynthia was great. highly recommend.
