Juliet Italian Kitchen, with locations in the heart of Austin’s beloved Zilker Park and Arboretum neighborhoods, is the ideal destination for anyone seeking a relaxed Italian experience for a date night, business lunch or casual weekend brunch. It was an okay Valentine’s Day diner. The table we were seated at was used as a cut through by staff and other patrons. It was very distracting when trying to have a romantic dinner. The vegetables my wife ordered did not arrive with her entree and were provided when she had finished. We had them boxed to take home and the server was kind enough to remove these from the bill. The food was eatable although my Chicken Parm was overcooked and tough. All in all, it was nice to get out but are not planning to return.

The manager hosting at the door was terribly rude and most surprising in front of her sweet young host staff. Otherwise the food was spot on and the Barton Springs location serves up just as well. Thanks for the great food!

I don’t like their ‘fat’ spaghetti but it was delicious. The amount of asparagus was ridiculously small. The brussel sprouts were excellent! Everyone really enjoyed their meals, love the location and the service was great.

The restaurant was lovely and the drinks, bread and oil were delicious! But both entrees were extremely disappointing. I had the vegetable lasagna and expected to have vegetables layered with pasta, sauce and cheese. However, the veggies were not identifiable and seemed to be pureed together which was not what I was expecting at all. My husband had the beef tenderloin filet and it was chewy, lacked seasoning and was very disappointing. His potatoes were overcooked and tough. The manager was very professional and took the filet off our tab. She seemed genuinely to want to make our experience better. We will never go there again for dinner but they have a good happy hour and it's a nice place for that.

The atmosphere and food and service are all really nice. The food came out really fast and is not overpriced. The only thing that I wish they would do is have some booths or at least some room dividers so that the seating is not so open and feels like a cafeteria.
