Jules restaurant is a hidden gem, a brand-new dining hotspot, set in the heart of the Ribble Valley.
Visit day or night and enjoy an abundance of flavours from our extensive menu selection including brunch, lunch, a la carte, vegan, hand stretched pizzas and afternoon tea.
Dine in style with the light and airy surroundings of our brand-new restaurant space, complete with a rich and contemporary design and relaxed friendly atmosphere.

Good quality food and a great menu for various dishes. Service was very good and reasonable prices. I would definitely come again.

New to use it’s a nice place to much lighting doesn’t set the right ambiance. Staff friendly and helpful, not into people who wear pens behind their ears though. Otherwise service was good. We did have to wait a long time for our food because they had a big table in the private dining area, which we warned about but 50 minutes or more before we got our starter. Starters were average croquettes tasted of cheese but I guess had been in and out of the fryer a few times. The black pudding scotch egg didn’t have enough black pudding which made look limp. Main corses were excellent lamb rump perfectly cooked and the goan curry was delicious only slight issue was they both weren’t very hot but overall very nice

Went for a meal last night and the service was really quite none existent, there was 2 staff members around whilst we where eating our food and I looked over a number of times to grab someone’s attention so that me and my partner could order another drink, nobody came and we had already finished our meals and wanted to order another drink, it then took ages to get our second drink which by that point I was quite disappointed that we had to wait so long to get someone’s attention, finally our drinks came and I did say that I wasn’t happy but a staff member said it was really busy, it didn’t seem overly busy to me and I don’t understand why it took 45 minutes to get another drink, my partners meal was covered in grease, and my steak was rather tough on the outside, overall I wouldn’t be returning unfortunately, Very disappointed.

As entering the mitton fold hotel reception, we said that we had a reservation for 5 off us, we then went into a open bar with children jumping all over sofa's and playing about, Wen we went to bar for a bottle of prosseco he said he had none and took 10mins to get a bottle from another bar in hotel?? Our table was booked for 7-30pm and at 7-50pm nobody came to take us through to restaurant or give us menus to look at?? As entering the newly refurbished jules restaurant it's too bright, we asked if the lights good be dimed alitte, it was very busy, good food, disappointed with waiting staff un professional, need a good manager or front off house?? We had to pour our own wine and prosseco, needs to be abit slicker service, wud goo back but probably wait afew months

The restaurant is beautiful. The Deco and furniture add a unique feel to the ambiance of this stunning venue. The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was second to none. The portions were amazing and you definitely felt full when you left. The pricing of the food and drink was fair. Overall a lovely experience and we will be recommending Jules to friends and family and we will be back.

Horrendous experience. We arrived at 7:20. Managed to order a drink at 7:45. Drinks never arrived. Asked 2 more times and still never arrived. We ended leaving at 8:10 with still no drinks. Under staff with one young girl who was rushed off her feet. We ended up getting a taxi to the Artisan next door and finally ordering our drinks and meal at that restaurant.

Very tasty food with lots of choice. We visited at 12 noon so had the choice of main, brunch and sandwich menus. The decor is very nice and beautifully clean.
