JOTORO Kitchen + Tequila Bar is located at Sparkman Wharf in downtown Tampa. Michelin Star chef and partner Joe Isidori has created a Mexican mash-up menu inspired by East LA with fabulous Asian twists and turns.

Whether it's date night, late night, or your next event, JOTORO is your perfect place. We like to say JOTORO is where mariachi meets old school hip hop. Our bar serves up hand-shaken cocktails, craft-batched margaritas, and over 50 labels of premium tequilas.

JOTORO is a full-service, 220-seat eatery that feels like a neighborhood taco joint featuring a comfortable and rustic feel with one of a kind eclectic art designed exclusively for the space. We have created two outdoor covered patios that flank the prime corner of Sparkman Wharf, which is the perfect spot for people watching and dramatic views of the skyline at night.

The Guacamole was very good, and overall, the food was pretty good. I feel they should have some more vegetarian options.

The servers were not paying attention. I ordered refills and didn’t get one until after 20 minutes. The restaurant was not entirely packed, but everyone was yelling because of the loud music. The place was dirty. I ordered birria tacos with Korean style beef, and got normal tacos. So they could not change it. I probably wouldn’t go there again

We have been many times and each time is wonderful. I have a bad allergy and they do such a great job giving me great options. Great menu. Food is wonderful. Cocktails are great. Highly recommend.

JoToro is a great spot in sparkman wharf for a quick bite and drinks. Slightly over priced but location makes it worth it as it’s walking distance from Amalie Arena.

This restaurant was TOO LOUD- the music is so loud and the manager would not turn it down Our server Matt was excellent - our food was just ok
