Le damos la bienvenida a The Jolly Fisherman, Craster. Se trata de un pub renovado con buen gusto, que cuenta con la tradición y el carácter en su corazón, y que combina impresionantes vistas al mar con deliciosa comida casera y cervezas bien conservadas. El establecimiento ha puesto gran cuidado en conservar el encanto de este pub histórico con suelos de piedra, techos bajos con vigas y cómodos asientos. En los meses de invierno, los clientes pueden relajarse cerca de una de las hogueras crepitantes, y en verano disfrutar de la vista desde una de las más espectaculares cervecerías al aire libre en Northumberland.

We really enjoy coming to this pub for lunch or dinner. The quality of the food is high, the cooking is excellent, we don’t mind paying that little bit more for what we get. On top of that the service staff are friendly and attentive, the surroundings relaxing. If you sit in the restaurant section the views out to sea are incredible.

A delicious meal in an amazing location. We had been told about the amazing food, location and atmosphere to be found at The Jolly Fisherman and it exceeded our expectations. The beautiful drive along the Coast Road, the unspoiled beauty of Craster, the fantastic food, and the wonderful atmosphere of, and views of the sea from The Jolly Fisherman should not be missed by anyone visiting Northumberland. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. Special thanks to Kirsty and Joanna who turned a great experience into an unforgettable experience. We will be returning as often as we can. John, Tina and Jackie.

We live reasonably close and like to visit periodically. We particularly look forward to the seafood, home cooked chips and the atmosphere. The bar was very busy with customers getting tetchy about who was first in the queue. Once sat down the atmosphere and service were very good. My seafood was lovely however the chips, a major attraction, were poor. They bore no resemblance to the description on the menu. Overall we felt the food was definitely not worth the money.

Fabulous Sunday lunch great good very friendly staff. Nice clean bar and toilets. Definitely recommend but book first

Staff are friendly and attentive. Service was very good. The food, well what can I say but, outstandingly good and well presented. I had the fish pie which loaded to the top, the large prawn was very flavoursome.
