Outdoor Patio Seating is available for reservations and walk-ins. In the case of inclement weather, our team will do our best to accommodate outdoor patio reservations inside, but indoor seating is not guaranteed.

Upon arrival to the restaurant, we inquired to eat inside because it was 50 degrees outside and they have no patio heaters. The host said we had to sit outside because all of the tables were reserved inside (approx 15 empty tables inside). When we were seated outside the waitress asked if we wanted to move inside. We told her what the host said so she had to ask her manager. She was able to sit us inside. We concluded that we had to do the special Christmas painting of the ornament outside after our meal. We ordered one shake and two hot cocoa which were tasty. The food was not as good. The cheesesticks were not melted all the way so the cheese didn’t pull apart when you bit into the cheesestick. My kid’s burger was good but if you buy the ornament prepaid meal … you get no side with the burger. The fish was not very good and I didn’t finish it. The service was mediocre like most restaurants in Orlando. They do tack on 20% for your meal even when we ordered an appetizer that wasn’t on the meal plan, we had to pay 20% tip. Not sure how that is even legal since we only had a party of 3. The ornament painting was fun. We had to get our own paint even though I saw another waiter getting it for his table. Overall opinion is that I should not have prepurchased the painting menu meal. I won’t be back or recommend this place.

Our server Jamie did an outstanding job. He was very attentive to our needs. Food and atmosphere were great as well.

We had gone for the holiday ornament painting to be told it had to be booked online and took place outside. Service was so-so. Upon getting the check we were told all tables automatically have a gratuity added. Overall a disappointing evening.

It was an okay experience. Front attendant wasn’t there when I came in, took 5 minutes to address me. Once I was seated I watched the two servers debate over who has our table. Service was slow, and server did the bare minimum. The server asked me if I’ve been there before, which I indicated yes. I didn’t like that he went out the way to remind/inform me about the 20% automatic deduction. He paused after saying it as though that made a difference (yes I am black and so was he) like I couldn’t afford it. I wanted an eggnog shot but they were out, the server didn’t make any other recommendations. Server only came around to take order and checked up one time after the food arrived and I ate half. Between the prices and the service (typical at establiments that automatically take 18-20% gratuities) this was my 5th and last time trying this place. I have tried it since the first week opened throughout different seasons and it’s just not worth it overall if you are not a content creator. I don’t mind tipping my servers but there is a clear attitude at establishments that automatically take them out, the staff doesn’t feel the need to make the experience nice or unique. Honestly, the food was okay. The best thing I bought was the $5 over priced seasonal cookies.

Highly recommend JoJo's Shake Bar, especially for their Winter Wonderland! I can't think of one negative thing about our experience. The ambiance, the food, the service... everything was A+++! Didn't experience the shakes, but they looked amazing. Really fun place!
