    Food was good but service wasn't great. We waited 25 minutes for the server to come back after they cleared our plates. We were not offered dessert or coffee just the bill.

    This particular Joey’s is a cut above the ones we’ve eaten at in malls. While the menu is similar, it has a few surprises not on their regular menu. Especially noteworthy is the ambience and decor - it reads like a much higher end restaurant and there is even a small forest in the dining room. The other local restos are going to have to work overtime to compete with this latest addition to the entertainment district restaurant scene.

    Order was incorrect but the wait staff comped my meal in consideration of the error. Beautiful restaurant but the noise level of the music is a bit loud.

    Overall, it is a good experience especially compared to the pricing, they provide pretty good food and environment and it is worth it, but the service is not that good. Our reservation was for 8:15 and we had guests, but the table wasn't ready till 8:25! Even though it was a Wednesday. Our server was hard to reach out and she would rarely come around. The candle on the table was not lit up and probably because of the overall noise, they wouldn't hear us when we were calling out a server. In general, if you get a good server, it will be a worthy experience because of the environment, the restaurant's design, and the food.

    New additions to the menu (specifically the Tuna salad) was amazing. Will definitely order again. It's a busy place and quite large - great for a group gathering. Experienced team from the Eatons Centre location has made the opening (I am sure) easier - great to see Crystal. New team member (Natalie) as server was lovely, attentive, well trained in team culture. Will definitely be back.

    Wonderful spot for a business lunch. Staff was amazing and no “no problem” was heard. My guests and I loved our meals and the space is stunning! I’ll be back!
