Located in the St Julien Hotel, Jill’s Restaurant & Bistro offers a thoughtful menu featuring fresh, local and dynamic ingredients. The kitchen, helmed by Executive Chef Rich Byers, sources its ingredients through partnerships with local farms, creameries and ranches, its own on-site garden and Boulder’s seasonal Farmer’s Market – conveniently located across the street – where the chefs procure the freshest herbs, vegetables and fruits. These ingredients are used to create scratch-made food, including pasta, bread, pastries, sauces, jus and more.

I was disappointed in the Valentines dinner. Very limited selection. Food was mediocre. Appetizers was basic. Salmon just okay and the dessert was not good. Service was just fair and the server was not knowledgeable enough to let us know the dessert had dairy. Disappointing.

We had a great Valentines event and the experience was awesome from the fabulous meal and the great service detail from Andrew during our time there. It was truly special and a great place to celebrate Valentines! We had a fabulous time that will not be forgotten! Thanks!!!!
