Located in the St Julien Hotel, Jill’s Restaurant & Bistro offers a thoughtful menu featuring fresh, local and dynamic ingredients. The kitchen, helmed by Executive Chef Rich Byers, sources its ingredients through partnerships with local farms, creameries and ranches, its own on-site garden and Boulder’s seasonal Farmer’s Market – conveniently located across the street – where the chefs procure the freshest herbs, vegetables and fruits. These ingredients are used to create scratch-made food, including pasta, bread, pastries, sauces, jus and more.

The people were nice. The food was so so. Part of the disappointment is that Jill’s is in what is supposed to be a fancy hotel. The food is not up to the reputation of the hotel, that’s for sure.

I ordered the pizza (but didn’t like the sauce or the overall presentation) I also unfortunately did not like the choices for the entrees, that’s why I went for the pizza. Little disappointed overall. The non-alcoholic drink menu was very good though!

We love the location of Jill's and the food we had tonight was very tasty. The Tator Tot app was wonderfully delicious! The only real complaint I have about Jill's is that as soon as we ordered our desserts, a check was dropped and there was no further service after dessert delivery. This has happened MANY times when we dine here. Please continue to refill coffee, water etc and check on your tables AFTER you drop the bill!
