Jefferson's Restaurant is an elegant, yet casual dining experience. A modern American grill featuring regional influences, Jefferson’s offers a hand-picked selection of the best regional and prime meats. Jefferson’s serves dinner daily.

Choose whether you dine indoors in a setting wrapped in rich wood paneling or take in a dramatic view of the Casino Lawn on the outdoor terrace.

We made our reservation months in advance as an anniversary celebration. We were seated at a table near the window and waited for 20 minutes trying to make eye contact with servers. No one came to take even a drink order…. No one came over to offer that someone would soon be at our table …. Nothing. We finally asked a busboy if he could find our waiter… he came back and said soon. We finally left with no apologies from anyone. I recommend you don’t plan a special dinner or any dinner here.

We really enjoyed eating here. Of course, this restaurant is at the Omni Homestead, so prices reflect that. Steak is the specialty here but we both had the pecan crusted salmon. Absolutely delicious with the mashed potatoes. I also got a side of brussel sprouts. Really good and large portion. Service was excellent—which we have found to be the norm at the Omni.

Great variety in the menu. Nevell our server was excellent. The ambience was wonderful with the Christmas decor spectacular. My salmon was perfectly cooked just as requested as was my husband’s steak. Our special occasion was celebrated with complementary champagne and dessert. Everything was perfect.

We have eaten here several times and the food is delicious. Our server, Alex and her assistant, Hudson, were great. We each started with the poach pear and greens salad which was superb. My husband had the salmon which he enjoyed and I had Maine Lobster Cavatelli & Cheese which is a favorite of mine - it never disappoints!

This was a perfect place to celebrate a special birthday. The ambiance was lovely and the steak was truly delicious; the chef was not at all daunted by the request to cook it “Pittsburgh style.” We can also highly recommend the grilled pear salad and the truffle cavatelli. Outstanding service by Alexandra complemented the outstanding meal. Wonderful choice for a special night out.

I’d tell you to go somewhere else but there’s nowhere else to go…very pricey for slow service and lackluster fare.

The decor was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our waitress was super friendly and gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner. The food was heavenly! We had a wonderful time.

Dinner was phenomenal! Excellent service and everything we had was exactly the quality you would expect at The Homestead. The lobster mac and cheese was superb!

The Jefferson is our favorite restaurant on property at the Omni Homestead and our recent dinner there solidifies that feeling. The food was spectacular and the service was the best we have ever experienced there! We cannot recommend the restaurant more highly. We eagerly look forward to our next visit!
