We are a charming, cozy restaurant and have no private party space, but there are many different seating arrangements we can provide to create the perfect event for you and your guests.We have reservation space available for parties from 1 to 16 guests. Larger reservations for up to 30 guests may be available at multiple tables. Food was fantastic as usual (we had the wedge salad, Thai Black Cod and Scallops). Service was also exceptional; we arrived right at our reservation time but no tables were available. The hostess kept us very regularly updated on status and comp'd our bar drinks while we waited! Thanks, Jax!!!

I enjoyed my birthday dinner at Jax , as I do every year, and it was as fabulous as always! Sheridan was our server, and she was impeccable with her care. The food ( I had the tuna , hubs had the crab cacio and peppe pasta) was outstanding, amazing wine ( we love the red and seafood pairing section of the wine list) and Jax topped off my evening with a birthday dessert ( i chose an espresso martini). There’s a reason why we go back, over and over again. Jax is simply the best Boulder has to offer!!

We love JAX and have been coming for 25 years. It’s been a few years since er went for oysters and we’re blown away by how much it cost. We had the Blue crab dip appetizer, 2 dozen “Happy Hour” oysters , 2 House white wine and 2 Heineken zeros. With tip over $160.00 and this was happy hour pricing without an entree.

We had a wonderful dinner; scallops for my wife and Ahi tuna for me and both dishes were well prepared and presented. Jeremy our waiter was attentive, professional and friendly on a busy and boisterous Saturday night. The restaurant was full and lively which added to ambiance. We had not been to Jack's in years despite being long term Boulderites, and we will be back soon!

The food was amazing as always! Best calamari in Boulder. We had the lobster roll, the catfish, and the blue crab Casio de Pepe. All were fantastic!

Scallops were Amazing. Ahi Tuna delicious. Would order both again. Music was rather annoying with a very repetitive synthesizer sound. Not my vibe. Staff were very friendly.

I missed the grilled octopus but hoping that it comes back. I'm suggesting to try a different presentation for the bread, as it's a messy moment (bread served sitting in oil). No touching any 🍷🥂 after or with that appetizer... Otherwise the dinner offerings are as good as ever.👍🏽
