Javier's Irvine Spectrum serves original Mexican cuisine. Opened in 2004 and located close to the 405 and 5 freeways, the restaurant offers numerous entrees and combo meals. Javier's Irvine Spectrum selects and serves only the freshest ingredients, including sustainable and in-season seafood, natural chicken and center-cut #1 prime Angus beef. Every dish is prepared fresh to order, and guests may sit in the spacious main dining room, on the intimate patio, at the bar or in a private dining area.The dining room is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday until 11:00 p.m. Javier's Irvine Spectrum's full bar is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Reservations are accepted.

Todo estaba bien , excepto unas personas sentadas en la mesa del lado que cantaban muy ruidosamente y aturdían al resto de los que estábamos allí, tardaron mucho para decirles algo , fue realmente incómodo.

Everything was good until this waiter kept bumping into my chair and not saying excuse me! So annoying! Other than that everything else was fine.

Sat us 30 minutes after our reservation time that we made a month ago. Drinks were wrong. Filet not cooked right

The server was fantastic. Incredible attention to detail. I was disappointed at reception. When I checked in to be seated- i let them know that it was a surprise dinner and the 2 out of the 6 would be there later. The rest wanted to be seated 15 minutes early just to get situated. They said we had to wait because at least half the party needed to be seated. That was more than fine. The attitude was snarky and it was really rude. She saw I had a cake. I was immediately told that there would be a $3 charge per slice. I said that was fine. The hostess was less than kind. I felt less than welcomed. Once we were seated the attitude of the server was kind and accommodating. The front reception with the hostess was less than impressive. I have been a customer when Javiers first opened in Laguna Beach. Then Irvine and Crystal Cove. This was the first time I was less than impressed when I stepped up to check in.
