This was our first dinner in HH and it happened on New Years Eve. First of all, Larsen our server was the best. He took time to explain everything and we felt right at home. The food….OMG…the food was so good. It was like a sweet kiss from Baby Jesus. I have eaten in 55 countries only to come to Hilton Head and have one of the best meals to date. I ate the meatloaf from my wife’s plate. We couldn’t finish our meals and ask for to go containers. I swore my Mother may have been hijacked by Jane to cook in her restaurant. This food was so good that I put us in a food coma. We missed the NYE fireworks just thinking our meal at Jane Bistro and Bar. We will return again and bring friends. Love this place.

We have never had a bad meal at Jane's Bistro. Great service, intimate atmosphere. This restaurant is one of our favorites on the island.

Slow service. Disappointing lunch. Ordered my sandwich with sauce on the side so I could take half home. Sandwich had sauce. Service was so slow I did not want to send it back.

We live here on the island and probably eat at Jane a couple of times a month. Usually everything is good. Saturday night was a disaster. The place was slammed and it took well over an hour to get our food. Their wifi was acting up and they were having a very difficult time processing orders. The waitstaff was making a diligent effort but appeared to have had a distinct lack of support from the owner and General Management. As we eat there often, we know many of the staff. Turnover is high. Some of the best employees have left and continue to do so, It appears that there is a lack of support (as I stated) from higher management and maybe a "listening problem"? Please get refocused on your success and sustainability. We like your food and staff (the ones that are still there) and would be sorry to see your space for lease,

Had a wonderful brunch today. Our server Tushar was super attentive and friendly. We had him previously and requested him again. He made our Birthday brunch special.

Though we had a great table for two, resturants in SC don’t have double entrance doors. Every time someone came into Jane we received a blast of cold air.and it was very cold. Should have asked to move to other side of the restaurant - much warmer.
