The service and food and drink is always excellent! We love this place and always go there on Xmas Eve. They do a masterful job seating a packed house. This year we were put in the back room where the ambiance is a little less cheerful as the rest of the restaurant. But we will be back!

As always it is joy to dine here from the decorations that place you in a holiday spirit to the excellent service. Tell tale sign it’s a good restaurant - hot soup. As they say if they can get that right the rest is a guaranteed win and it always is.

As always so delicious and our server Bonnie in the bar area was outstanding! The band who was performing were Great!

Put us in a room with extra large group parties, noise level was extremely high and kids running the room playing tag. We finally had to ask the kids to stop

Nice dinner at Jamesons. Started poorly. We had 6:30 reservations, arrived at 6:25 didn’t get seated until about 6:50. Server and bus boy were incredible and very attentive. Food was pretty good. Not great. Price was actually relatively inexpensive given other restaurant prices these days. 5 of us ate for about $300. We eat at Jamesons once every holiday season, and I feel as if quality has slipped a little bit.

My son and I have dinner at Jameson’s Charhouse often; it’s especially our go-to restaurant on Thanksgiving Day and either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. The food is top-notch. Everything on the menu is delicious. Our favorites are the Porterhouse Steak and Prime Rib. All Steak dinners include potatoes, vegetables, salad and soup. This is not often the case with comparable restaurants. It’s 7-10 minutes from our house in Arlington Heights. The service and the cocktails are excellent. I would highly recommend Jameson’s Charhouse to anyone. If you want, you can even eat at the bar💕.

We were a party of three with a reservation and arrived early. We were seated immediately and given the table in front of the beautiful fireplace. The restaurant was tastefully decorated for the holidays and music was quietly piped into the room. Our waiter, Abdullah, was very professional & friendly. We enjoyed a drink before ordering which were delicious. I highly recommend the mango martini! Warm bread and butter were promptly served. Our party enjoyed both the tortellini soup and the cream of broccoli. Excellent! The entrees we chose were the pork chops and Steak Diane. Both were outstanding! I wish we had room to order a dessert because the desserts offered sounded fabulous. I highly recommend Jameson’s for an occasion!

My open Table reservation was honored and waited only 15 minutes on a crowded Saturday night. Food was very good. My Steak Kabobs were charred perfectly and placed on wild rice. Very tasty! My Chardonnay wine was my only complaint. It had a alcohol present taste , not like regular wine. My Server was very attentive and made the experience right!
