Jam Delish is an independent family-owned Caribbean vegan restaurant and cocktail bar in Angel, Islington. Founded in 2020 by siblings Jordan and Chyna, their idea was one that came purely from their desire to bring their grandparents authentic, traditional Caribbean recipes from their family home to the London food scene, with a fresh and modern take, inspired by their own upbringing in a vegan household. Fusing their love for plant-based food with their Caribbean roots, they identified a niche gap in the market for authentic, Modern Caribbean Vegan Cuisine. With five-star reviews across the board from both customers and food critics alike, the siblings have now opened their first ever flagship restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Angel, Islington.

Jam Sessions, an exclusive supper club series inspired by Caribbean cuisine, is presented in collaboration with our executive chef, Nathan Collymore, who will unveil a five-course vegan festive tasting menu on Tuesday 17th December. This festive menu will highlight Nathan's commitment to authentic Caribbean flavours and innovative culinary techniques. Guests can look forward to dishes such as BBQ jerk plantain stuffed with flavourful jerk oyster mushrooms and creamy whipped pimento feta, alongside the traditional bread and butter pudding crafted from Jamaican spiced bun, elegantly drizzled with rum caramel and white chocolate custard, and garnished with a sweet and tangy mango and pineapple compote.

I feel like I have missed Out on lots of Caribbean food because I am vegetarian. I was delighted to have The opportunity at Jam Delish. Excellent food and lovely staff they just need more staff as this is a popular venue. Cocktails were delicious and I think it was great value too. Highly recommend.

What an excellent Caribbean inspired evening we had at Jam Delish! The food, ambience and staff were on point - couldn't ask for more. I had the chicken dish, which I would say is much tastier than the curry goat and don't get me started on the deserts 😋

Such a lovely restaurant. The interior is beautiful and cosy. Not too busy. I really enjoyed the food, the Mac and cheese was amazing! Definitely made with love.

A family of 3 attended here for the first time. Overall the food that we ordered was good. However, we agreed that we did not try that many dishes. The service however, was very poor! Our customer waitress was unfriendly and appeared disinterested. We believe this put a dampener on our overall experience. In addition I was concerned about the standard of hygiene from the waitresses who were serving customers.

Had two coursers, started & mains. Both of average standard. This is my second time visiting, the first time was in 2022 - that visit was amazing however the standard of food has definitely dropped.

Really excellent food. All the dishes we tried were very tasty. The cocktails were good, too. I'd recommend Jam Delish even if you are not vegan.

as 1 of very few vegan Carribbean options around, the food can be surmised by what I overheard on the table next to me; "well, I'm glad this place exists." it's not bad, but some things seem off i.e. the jerk "chicken" is clearly more like deep fried chicken strips, VERY tasty ones, but nothing like jerk chicken I've ever had... also just not spicy at all... it was giving Carribbean food for English folk, then veganised and made to look pretty. staff were very nice, the place is truly gorgeous, but the food is just a bit confused... not bad, it was nice, just ...confused🤔
