    Hostess gave us a quiet table by the window upstairs…our waitress was very accommodating and attentive. Food and seasonal cocktails were awesome!

    Jak's made the birthday celebration easy and fun! The four of us received superior service and enjoyed ourselves greatly.

    Don't order the Wedge salad. It does not come as a wedge, and it doesn't taste anything like a good wedge salad. It was the worst I've have ever had. I have only dined in Issaquah Jak's, and this was not up to par. It was a business meeting, and I will have a redo someplace else in the future. I don't recommend for business or otherwise.

    It was delicious! The prices were reasonable. I need to go back because there’s more things on the menu that I want to try.

    Great experience at brunch with Connor as our server for my niece’s birthday. He was attentive and brought her a birthday dessert even though it was brunch.

    I am disabled and after making a reservation, I called Jack's to make sure I was seated downstairs with my party - "oh sure, no problem". I wanted to give this employee all my confidence, so I did not give any condescending orders such as - write it down somewhere. When I got there, there were no notes about being seated downstairs. The hostess and her colleague made me wait 30 minutes after they said " we will clear a table for you down here". After 30 minutes of standing at a pain level of 7 or so leaning on my cane, I asked " are we waiting for people to leave ?". Yep, waiting indefinately for a table. I didn't want the rest of my party of six to have to wait any longer, so I asked to be seated right away upstairs. Our server did not bring bread until 15-20 minutes after being seated and it was so loud that we could not hear each other at all. Though the food is consistently excellent, the treatment of the disabled is quite poor. Imagine the money spent with a party of six. It was not enjoyable and I no longer trust Jacks.

    Every dish was flavorful and on time our server was friendly attentive and just on top of it. We will be back soon!!!
