   Fatal, desde antes de llegar y al momento de hacerlo en cuanto llegamos ordenamos el Pato Pekín, el mesero fue a la mesa a comentar que no tenían pepino que sí podían usar cebollín le dijimos que si,pedimos otros platillos y el pato jamás llego que porque ya habían cerrado la cocina y no había manera de hacerlo cuando estaba pedido desde antes que sirvieran el agua, nos arruinó la cena, ese platillo fue el motivo de nuestra visita

   We take different friends to Jade Palace many times, and all have said how good the food is, even calling it the best Chinese Restaurant they have tried. I think this is the biggest compliment any restaurant can achieve. Keep up the good work

   The Food is always delicious and Fresh and Hot ! The staff are extremely attentive to ensure everything is To Our Satisfaction and Standards, especially Eli did an amazing 🤩 job being attentive to us. Nolan, our Server, demonstrates impeccable knowledge of the menu and offers exceptional recommendations. He also “ Paces” the courses of food to our satisfaction so that we are not rushed and overwhelmed with food all served at once. He truly is a Professional Server. We highly recommend this Restaurant for your next dining experience!

   Jade Palace is the only Chinese restaurant in the Phoenix area that is worth eating at. The food is always fresh and the service superb!

    Excellent food. I would recommend. Also noise level is low so you can actually talk to the persons U R dining with.
