    Our waitress was great! The food, not so much. The BBQ sauce has a VERY strong vinegar flavor that tastes terrible. The fish and chips were a bit soggy, but ok/tolerable.

    I cannot say enough nice things about this restaurant! Our server, Antonia, was the best! She had recommendations that were spot on. She new the menu, and answered questions. The manager came by and said- ‘welcome, you were the first to order our special tonight on Christmas Eve!” The service from seating, thru the meal, to the end was absolutely wonderful. Thank you! Do make a point to have any meal here! Thank you again!!

    DONT LISTEN TO ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. The atmosphere is so clean and fun. Huge TV screen in the bar area for football. Service is outstanding. Food is better that comparable BBQ places like wood ranch or Lucille’s. Steaks are top notch. Highly recommend the short rib. Amazing deserts. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

    Our server was amazing! Could not have asked for a better guy to serve us last night! Top notch! He even gave us a tour of the Jackalope! Thank you for your kindness!

    Overall we had a wonderful experience at Jackalope Ranch. The restaurant was decorated beautifully for the holidays and all of the servers we experienced were great! The food was delicious and so were the cocktails. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

    Horrible service and very loud for not being crowded. Went for dinner (9 people), had reservations, yet had to wait around and they tried seating us at a table for 8. Not a big deal, we grabbed a a chair from the empty table next to us and made it work, even though there were plenty of empty tables all around us. Food is over priced for nothing special. Yes, I previewed the menu before going but again, not worth it especially when the service is horrible. We weren’t offered any refills on any of drinks even after asking multiple times. Finally got our waters refilled as we were about to leave. Incredibly loud and couldn’t even hear the people at our own table. I don’t recommend this place, especially when there are so many other great restaurants in the area. Waste of dinner and time.

    I went with my daughters for dinner was disappointed overall. I had the ribs & brisket and the ribs were over sauced and over cooked. The brisket had too much sauce on it too. My one daughter ordered the Wagyu New York Steak and it was a very thin steak and nothing special. I doubt it was a Wagyu steak. She ordered a loaded bake potato without beans and it came with beans. Dinner for 3 and we only had 3 drinks, came to $300 which for a lot for the quality of the food. Such a nice venue, too bad they can't get better food on the menu. For the price we could have eaten at a prime steak house.
