I made this reservation without much research. I was briefly traveling through town and wanted a quality dinner. Well, this is a casino restaurant and really nothing else needs to be said. Take a look at the photo and if you are ok with that then you will probably enjoy the restaurant. If you have a more discerning taste then you probably won’t like it. While the food tasted good it just wasn’t appealing. It was like someone saw a dish plated by a French chef and tried to copy but has never actually ever been to France. The little, sad salad on the side was…..well just sad. It was iceberg lettuce, a slice of store bought tomato and shredded carrots. Not Julian carrots but shredded like grandma used to make. For a casino reservation it was a solid 4 stars but as a stand alone restaurant I was generous giving 3 but the staff was very nice and deserved better.

Lovely restaurant and service was good. The Lobster Mac and Cheese was very good. Then we have my husband’s $75 Ribeye….ordered Medium Well. Told them pink was fine but no blood. It was very well done and dry ….we have never spent $75 for a steak that was so bad. I ordered the Prime Rib medium rare….it was so rare you couldn’t hardly chew it. We were so very disappointed. In fact was planning to stay at Horseshoe next trip to Shreveport, but now we are not sure. You could smell fish when served to adjacent tables, which usually indicates that it may not be as fresh as you might want. What a shame….we have always enjoyed Caesar owned restaurants……but NOT this one!!!!😞

We had three different waiters. Not one of them knew what the others were doing. One did not have a good understanding of the English language. Quality and presentation of the food was poor. This used to be an upscale restaurant with superior service and attention to detail. Could have had a better experience at a chain like Outback. And to top it all off I had arranged this dinner for my sisters birthday. Not one mention of it or even a suggestion of dessert. Won’t be back and will certainly spread the word.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience at your restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations that truly enhanced our dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious! I also appreciated the ambiance of the restaurant. Thank you for a memorable evening Boris and our server.

Jack Binion's never disappoints. It's not cheap and it's not fast but it's spectacular.

We have been to Jack Binions many times and always looked forward to returning. We brought two guests with us and had bragged about it only to be disappointed. Started off ordering martini’s that were served in a water glass ( not even the cute water glasses they serve water in). The dirty margarita looked like swamp water in the oversized water glass. Then we got to watch others order martini one after another. I’m really not a glass snob but it is one thing I enjoy when going out to fine steakhouse. Then they served prime rib when we had ordered the ribeye . Once our ribeye arrived our sides were cold. The steak was undercooked and couldn’t eat it but wasn’t asked about it or even cared at that point. The waiter could care less that our meal sucked. I had to apologize to our guest and bought them food later at the diner. I’m sure I’ll return but would just expect more with the price we pay. Also, the dust level is ridiculous on the ledge by our booth. Wouldn’t even detour purses on it. Again, I’m not a restaurant snob but step up. Sending a from restaurant martini vs martini at the western bar …
